As a clinic focusing on sick and injured pets, we recognize that coming to us may be very stressful and deeply upsetting. EMUVC is designed to help pets AND their people during difficult times. The clinic is set up with separate dog and cat waiting areas, as well as a people-only waiting area with comfortable seating for longer waits. This area also has refreshments and is kid-friendly.

In addition, there is a comfortable, quiet room which is available for a variety of needs. Its primary function is as a nursing area; however, if it is not in use for nursing, it can also be used for other individuals to lie down and rest, or just be in a quiet space alone in order to work through challenging emotions. This room can be locked for privacy. 

 

If you have need of a quiet, comfortable space to take care of a small child, take a rest yourself, or just be alone for a little while, please ask at the front desk and they will assist you.
